Volunteer for an Event
Great volunteers are the core of quality events. Without them races would not go on.
All volunteers receive a t-shirt from the race, refreshments, and the thanks of every athlete in the event.
Some groups are eligible for service hours, and some races even offer a stipend for groups that help out.
If you have a family member participating in the race volunteering is a great way of helping out and passing the time.
If you can not compete in a race due to injury it is an outstanding opportunity to back all those great volunteers that have help you out in past events.
